We collect information you provide when you create an account, use our services, or contact support: name, email, phone, business name, and financial data you enter (sales, inventory, payroll). We also collect usage data automatically — pages visited, features used, device type, IP address — to improve our service.

We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve BiasharaOS, process transactions, send service-related communications, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business financial data for advertising.

Your data is stored on servers in the EU (Supabase) with encryption at rest and in transit using 256-bit SSL/TLS. Access is restricted to authorised BiasharaOS staff who need it to provide support. All access is logged.

We integrate with Safaricom's M-Pesa API. We store transaction references, amounts, and timestamps for reconciliation. We do not store M-Pesa PINs or credentials.

We may share data with: (a) service providers who help operate the platform (Supabase, Safaricom, Africa's Talking); (b) KRA when required by eTIMS obligations; (c) law enforcement when required by Kenyan law.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Export all data from Settings. To request deletion, contact support@biasharaos.com.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
