By creating an account or using BiasharaOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BiasharaOS provides business management tools including inventory, M-Pesa tracking, payroll, financial reporting, and chama management. We may modify the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You agree not to use BiasharaOS for fraudulent transactions, illegal goods or services, unauthorized access to our systems, or any violation of Kenyan or international law.

Paid plans are billed monthly in KES via M-Pesa or card. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription upon request.

You own all business data you enter into BiasharaOS. We do not claim ownership over your sales, customer, inventory, or financial data.

BiasharaOS is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
